I recognize that everyone is different and requires a personal program to fit their needs. With each athlete, I take an approach that is unique to their capabilities and goals while making sure their experience is productive and enjoyable.
Whether we are trying to grow physically, mentally, or emotionally, it is important to focus on your own health. It is when we stop comparing ourselves to others and block out distractions that we see true growth occur.
I try to relate to an understand each athlete that I work with. By forming a connection, we can work well together to reach and exceed their goals.
