
Individual Coaching
First & Foremost, 18 Maple was created to deliver endurance programming that caters to the individual and their unique needs, wants, and aspirations.
- Minimum of 20 week commitment
- Prior to receiving weekly programming an in-person initial consultation will be conducted by an 18 Maple coach to develop a comprehensive and individualized plan.
- Programming will be delivered via the online platform Training Peaks in 2 to 4 week training blocks.
- Programming will be start within 2 week on the initial consultation to allow the 18 Maple coaching staff to create an appropriate individualized program.
- 18 Maple coaching staff is available to their clients via email, phone, or text with unlimited weekly text and email communication. In-person meetings or training sessions outside of the pre-established meetings can be scheduled at an additional expense to the athlete.
- Training evaluation meeting will be conducted weekly via phone or email communication as well as in-person monthly to review athlete progress, discuss training & racing strategies, diet analysis, and more.
- 18 Maple athletes are encouraged to take advantage of the classes and personal training offered at Continuum Performance Center for their strength and conditioning needs.
